Your family will enjoy this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Lakeland, Florida -- centrally located between Orlando & Tampa. Relax & enjoy a SLICE OF TROPICAL PARADISE with Heated Pool, FULLY SCREENED-in Lanai, Outdoor TV, Palm Trees, Patio Seating & Fully Fenced Backyard for added privacy. Inside, you have a full kitchen, living room, dining room, gaming area & laundry room. Guests will have access to entire house except the garage & two hallway closets.

Backyard/Pool: Enjoy heated pool with screened-in Lanai. Covered patio with 8 chairs, 2 portable folding lounge chairs and 2 glass tables. Breathtaking view of palm trees. Pool contains two seating areas. Pool markers showing depth of pool (4ft - 6ft) are labeled at edge of pool. Life vests for kids are hanging on the door. For your entertainment, we have cornhole, golf perfect putting mat, and pool toys. You can access pool area from kitchen or guest bathroom; both include pool alarm security feature to protect children. All guests are required to adhere to rules posted in pool area. Failure to do so can result in cancellation of the reservation.

Pool will be heated from Nov 1 to Apr 30 for no extra charge. Heat is controlled by a pool heating pump. The outdoor temperature must be at least 55 degrees in order for the pool heating pump to work (i.e. heat the pool). The pool will be heated for 8 hours daily to at least 80 degrees during your stay. We require at least 72 hours advance notice to schedule heating. Guests are not allowed to touch the heating pump without permission from the owner.

Living Room: Get cozy on the sofa, love seat and recliner. Enjoy a movie on the smart TV or listen to music via Bluetooth speaker built into the TV stand.

Dining Room: Enjoy a good meal at the marble dining room table with four padded chairs for extra comfort. 2 additional bar stool seats are also located in kitchen island area.

Kitchen: Enjoy cooking dinners and entertaining in a spacious NEWLY renovated kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked, comes complete with utensils, dinnerware, glassware and cookware to make your favorite food. There is a coffee maker and tea kettle to start the day. You also have a refrigerator, microwave and electric stove. From the kitchen, you have glass French doors lead to the pool area and contains a pool alarm security feature to protect children.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom: The Owners suite features a King size bed with four pillows, smart TV, full length-mirror, wall-to-wall carpeting, a spacious layout, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

Queen Bedroom: The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with four pillows, smart TV, dresser, closet and wall-to-wall carpeting, and en suite bathroom - it connects to the guest bathroom.

Third Bedroom: The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with 2 pillows on each bed; smart TV, closet and wall-to-wall carpeting.

Guest Bathroom: The guest bathroom is conveniently located between the Queen and Third bedrooms. It contains a combination tub and shower. From the bathroom, you have a patio door that leads to the pool area and contains a pool alarm security feature to protect children.

Gaming Area: A dedicated gaming area space, featuring ice hockey table, board games, bean chairs and ottoman. These are relaxing amenities for all age groups.

Laundry Room: Includes washer, dryer, hamper, iron board.

Driveway: Two cars can fit in the driveway.

 Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage and two hallway closets. 

What To Expect: For your convenience, we provide guests with complimentary swimming towels, bath towels, washcloths, bedding, linens, iron, hair dryer,  dinnerware, cookware, utensils,  condiments,  board games, tide pods, dishwashing tablets, paper towels, toilet tissue, welcome basket and toiletries,

--- About the House ---

WiFi:  Fast Wi-Fi: Download 592 Mbps, Upload 24 Mbps. All rooms have smart TVs with access to Visio and LG free channels or you can log into your Amazon Prime, Netflix or Hulu streaming accounts.

Maintenance: There are weekly maintenance services performed in pool, lawn and grass areas. All maintenance work is performed outside and does not require access inside home. Work generally takes place during daytime hours, for approximately 15-25 minutes. For all reservations, I will advise guests on what day(s) maintenance will take place. If there are any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Security: We have a video doorbell. We also have 4 outdoor security cameras facing the front yard, back yard and side of house. Doorbell and outdoor security cameras will be on during your stay. Motion and entry sensors inside the home will be turned off during your stay.

Rules: All guests are required to adhere to pool usage and house rules. Failure to do so can result in cancellation of the reservation.
